ShadeShifter
ShadeShifter is a top-down, 2.5D, souls-like, roguelite about dungeon crawling, defeating intelligent enemies, collecting the shadows from their dead bodies, then using those shadows to make yourself more powerful and capable... Or at least, it will be.
Right now it is VERY barebones. Basically just basic combat and when you collect the shadows from the defeated enemies, it levels you up and gives you some "Shade Reserve" that can be used to heal yourself.

Move - Left Stick
Aim - Right Stick
Attack - R1 / RB
Dodge - Circle / B
Sprint - X / A
Heal - L1 / LB
Keyboard:
Move - WASD
Aim - Mouse
Attack - LMB
Dodge - Space
Sprint - L Shift
Heal - F
In the future there will be different upgrades, abilities, enemies, a shop that acts as a safe haven in the procedurally generated dungeon where you can spend your "shade" on upgrades that last through deaths, and much more.
Created for Pirate Software - Game Jam 15! I created everything from scratch (a lot of the game jam time was taken up by modeling and animating the character).
